The installation was timely and not messy
I was pleasantly surprised by the great service by Floor Covering Factory Outlet. Mike, the salesman at their Craig store was very professional and an expert in flooring. The installation was timely and not messy. The price was also reasonable.

Floor Covering Factory Outlet did a fabulous work on my flooring. The Salesman Mike Manii at the Craig store was very thorough with us on what we needed. I recommend this company if you want carpet done right in Las Vegas.

Go See Frank Makris at their Eastern store. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and we were taken care of. The installers showed up on time and left our place clean. So if you want carpet done in Las Vegas, Floor Covering Factory Outlet is the place.

Mike, The salesman at their Craig store was great, very personable. The installers did a good job, but left a little mess. Even so, I'd use Floor Covering Factory Outlet to do my carpet again.

they were able to do it and it turned out great
I shopped around town for flooring and did not get return phone calls from any companies for my inquiries/quotes. Mike a salesman at Floor covering factory outlet promptly got back to me and was very engaging, thorough and the pricing was right. Not only that, I needed the flooring installed next day and they were able to do it and it turned out great and they didn't leave a mess......

We Loved Charley, the salesperson, he was great. He walked us through selection, made suggestions along the way, and the price was within our budget. the installers were prompt, thorough and left our place clean. There was an issue with the toilet but it was promptly resolved. I strongly recommend this company and have already given a referral.

Great job from sales to install
